Guest become angry when they have to wait for a service. You will see a customer furiously going back to his room. There will be a call out above him with an exclamation mark. This usually happens when the customer waits in a line to eat food at the restaurant and does not get a seat.
Make sure you have enough tables placed on the restaurant. If there are only two tables and six guests, then only four guests will be seated whereas two will have to wait out. This is when they irritated and go back to their room. Angry guests in Hotel Empire Tycoon check-out very soon.
Along with the restaurant, you should also pay attention to the bar. Have enough tables so that the bar can accommodate several guests at a time.

You should also hire bartenders and chefs. Two bartenders can attend 4 guests at once. The same goes for chefs. They will also attend four guests at once.
If there are 6 guests at the restaurant, then chefs can only attend 4 at a time. The other two will have to stand in a queue and wait for some time until one of the guests leave the restaurant. If a customer standing in a queue loses patience, then he will leave the restaurant, go back to his room, pace restlessly around his room and finally check out.
Make sure rooms are not dirty. As you build more rooms in Hotel Empire Tycoon, you will have to keep them spick and span by hiring an extra housekeeper. Normally, two housekeepers are more than enough for 5 rooms.
If you have more rooms you will not only need more housekeepers, but also have to upgrade key items, such as Cleaning Products and the vacuum cleaner. Both reduce cleaning time, ensuring housekeepers clean all rooms faster.
Guests are patient enough, but if they see the room is dirty for long, they might be angry and check out. Sometimes, the game will post an offer to clean all rooms at once if you watch a video. You can use this offer to clean all rooms instantly if the housekeepers can’t clean all rooms.

Sometimes people wont check in and i dont understand why. They get a couple little dots in the bubble that pops up over their head. I have clean empty rooms and no line so i dont get it.
I think those aren’t empty rooms as guests keep on visiting the restaurant and other services. They will come back to their rooms once they dine or drink or use other additional hotel services.
I have two chefs and they can only handle 4 ppl at a time. Just stupid. Why? Why hiring the 2nd one if doesnt make a change?

It has made a change. Each chef can only handle 2 people at one time. So if you had only one chef they would only be able to handle 2 people, the fact that you have 2 chefs is the only reason they can handle 4 people. If you hire another chef they will be able to deal with 6 people at once.
When I finished my first hotel. The manager said not to forget about it. Everything is upgraded. So what do I do? I keep going back thinking tge further I go into the game maybe I could upgrade more.
money dosent move with you so as soon as you get 5 stars and move to the next one, the previous hotel doesn’t matter anymore

dont worry about angry guests. once they check in, noone leaves till about 1pm. and if your hotel is as busy as mine, all the rooms will be checked out almost as fast as they can be checked back in
It said I had 112 plus million at the end of the event but it said my lifetime earnings were only 74 plus million so I lost last upgrade. Why? Also the first time I tried to select gems (3x profits) instead of 2 x profits upon returning to a game it took away 60 gems and left me with only 10. I had not moved to any other hotel during the event.
I just started the Stanley Resort and housekeeping only cleans the single rooms on the left side. I only have 3 single rooms and two double rooms (on the right), and I have 4 housekeepers. Three will clean the left rooms and the fourth would just sit there – leaving the double rooms dirty everyday. Does this happen to anyone else?

The hotel closes when the timer runs out- simply meaning it won’t earn profits, however, once you have five stars on those the money is useless to you because it does not go with you to the next hotel.
What does it mean when they have RED beer icons, EVERYTHINGS upgraded and the bars empty with 2 bartenders, about half the guests have the Beer icons above them,but nobody went to the empty bar..just W T F🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺?
Every time I go to upgrade the ruins I get kicked out of the game. Wifi is fine on all other games but cant progress to the last hotel. Any help appreciated
May I ask? My hotel has like 5 double bed rooms, plus 2 single bed room total of 12 guests each day. The problem is when they eat at the restaurant. The max chef i can hire is 3 chefs. And they can only feed 6 per day and the other 6 waits in queue and have a high chance of getting angry. Is there a way to increase the number of chefs? I have all the 6 tables but it is not helping
No. This is the fundamental problem with this game. The game is designed to drive out checked-in guests thereby leaving vacancies and reducing cashflow (and encouraging the user to watch ads to receive additional guests). There is no mitigation to this problem because that was the developer’s intention. Similarly, you will notice that if you close the app and come back, the total number of your guests will have reduced regardless of how much time has elapsed. Again, this is by design.

There is no dealing with angry guests as they will immediately check out. The solution to this problem is to not create Restaurants and Bars (or, at least, not until the ROI per seat exceeds the cost of a check-out). The wait time is what results in angry customers. Evidently, they can’t get angry if they can’t access the amenity in the first place.
